Taylor-made solutions

Based on customer requirements, e.g, required dry substance of filtration, operating temperature, suspension flow rates or requirements for food processing, a proposal is discussed with the customer prior to the offer. Good communication is needed between the customer, best knowing his suspension and ourselves as component manufacturer.

Examples:

Special sludges require special treatment, this can be e.g. core blowing, cake washing and drying. In case where higher dry substance volume is needed, higher local filtration pressure requires  local squeezing in each filtration chamber, therefore a membrane filter press.

In the food sector, filter presses have to be designed for thorough cleaning, requiring special certificates for used materials, e.g. such a stainless steel with ground weld seams.
